Ipsy is a monthly beauty product subscription service. For only $12/month you get a stylish little reusable bag filled with five beauty, makeup and skincare products. You take their quiz to give them an idea of what you like and what tones/colors would look best on you! Some items are small or trial size. It’s fun to get a variety of makeup, hair care & makeup tools and other body products! Here is what I received this month!
PUR 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup Broad Spectrum SPF 15 in Light
LUXIE BEAUTY 560 Medium Fan Flawless Brush
TOO FACED COSMETICS Hangover Replenishing Face Primer
CELA Seed to Skin Scrub Natural Grain Polish
CIATE LONDON Glow to Illuminating Blush in Match Maker
I was really excited to receive this Glam Bag! I skipped December’s Glam Bag (which I really like that you are able to do that!) so it was fun to get this in the mail!
In the picture above I’m wearing the Primer, Mineral Pressed Powder and Illuminating blush. I also used the Fan Brush to apply the blush/highlight! I didn’t previously own a fan brush so it’s nice to add it to my collection. I thought it worked well because I don’t like to go to heavy with highlight but this brush applies it so gently! The highlighting blush shows up more in person but still seems super natural. I’m loving the Too Face Primer! I’ve used their setting spray in this same line and loved it so I was excited to get the primer too! I definitely need hydrating primers like this one in cold weather. I’ve only worn the pressed mineral powder once, but so far so good! I feel like it’s perfect for a quick & easy natural makeup day kinda look! I used the Cela Seed to Skin Scrub Natural Grain too. I love exfoliators for my skin during the winter! This one really feels like it truly exfoliates without being too harsh! This month’s bag was a hit!
I’ve been enjoying getting IPSY every other month! I also prefer paying less and getting smaller size products compared to other subscriptions where you pay upwards of $20 a month for full size products that you may end up not liking or using. If you would like to try IPSY you can sign up here!
