It is always a fun little treat to get my Ipsy Glam Bag in the mail. I prefer Ipsy over other beauty subscription boxes that are more expensive and have full-size products. I would rather pay less, and have smaller sizes to try out new things more often! It can take a while to go through full-size beauty products so it’s not always worth it to me. Another great feature is that you can get Ipsy “on-demand”. I don’t get the bags every month, you can skip when you want to! Getting five smaller/travel size beauty & skincare products every other month works out well for me.
What I received this month:
- HANALEI Face Sheet Mask Duo in Lychee & Papaya
- KVD Vegan Beauty Lock-It Setting Powder in Translucent
- POP Beauty Pout on Point in Risqué Rose
- MANNA KADAR Cosmetics Buildable Blush in Bali Babe
- SUNTIQUE I’m Pure Cica Sunscreen
- ADD-ON optional item—Maelle Beauty Blending Sponge
I don’t usually choose an add-on option but I needed a new face blending sponge and it was only $3 so that was worth it to me. Another option Ipsy has added is the ability to choose one item that goes into your bag. Since it’s summer I chose the Cica Sunscreen!
Face masks are always fun to receive—and these are nice! They are soaked in the skincare serum. Not all face masks are as soothing and moisturizing as these are! I’ve been needing some lip liners so the POP Beauty lip pencil was perfect! It’s a great shade and is super smooth. Another product I was especially excited about was the KVD setting powder because I’ve heard a lot of people talk about it. It’s a small size, but it makes it convenient to travel with. I don’t need a ton of powder, but I do like a little to set my face with! I’m wearing the sunscreen, powder and lip liner (with Colourpop ultra blotted lip in ‘Bun Head’) in the picture above
The bag this month was super cute and summery as well! What did you get in your IPSY glam bag this month? Interested in trying it out? I think it’s worth it even if you just want to get it once! Sign up here and fill out your beauty preferences! Check out my last Glam Bag here!
