There are a few makeup & beauty related items that I’ve been loving this month. For makeup, the Milani Soft & Sultry Eye Shadow Palette and the NARS Liquid Lipstick in “American Woman” have been some of my staples. The Milani Palette is excellent quality neutral brown tone shadows that I use almost every day. I also really love the NARS Liquid Lipstick, it stays on all day — even through meals!

My favorite hair product is the It’s A 10 Miracle Leave-In with Keratin. I appreciate how it protects my hair when I straighten it but also leaves it shiny and smooth! Lastly, I have been enjoying using the Pixi Firming Eye Patches, they are cooling and perfect for an at-home spa night or a gift!

These Amazon Essentials T-Shirts are great quality. I appreciate that they are a thicker material, affordable and come in many colors and prints! I like wearing them with a jean jacket. In addition, I have been absolutely loving my Ink Love & Peace Grey Duster Cardigan that I got from Stitch Fix! It is so cozy and perfect for Fall.

My husband and I have been going through Eight Dates by John & Julie Gottman and Doug & Rachel Carlton Abrams. This book outlines eight dates that provide “essential conversations for a lifetime of love.” I recommend this for anyone in a serious relationship but especially if you’re married!

For fiction, I just finished reading Mistborn, the first book of Brandon Sanderson’s Mistborn Trilogy. If you are a fantasy adventure reader, this one is for you!

When I started this blog a few months ago, I found that I needed a separate spot to write down all of my blogging ideas, photo ideas, and posting schedule. I love this planner for organizing it all! It is so pretty, a great size, durable and has weekly and monthly views which I find very helpful!

Last but not least I wanted to share a delicious recipe! This Paleo + Whole30 Creamy Potato Soup is awesome for cool fall evenings and guilt-free! I am lactose-intolerant but always crave creamy soups as Autumn rolls around! Check out the recipe here by Olive You Whole!
